We want you to love your gear and rep the movement with pride. Since all Black Tech Saturdays merch is made to order and fulfilled through Printful, here’s how returns and refunds work:
📦 All Sales Are Final
Because each item is custom-made when you order it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Wrong size (please double-check our size guides before ordering)

Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
🚨 Damaged or Misprinted Items? We’ve Got You.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective in any way, we’ll make it right.
To request a replacement or refund:

Email us at info@blacktechsaturdays.com within 7 days of receiving your order

Include your order number and photos of the issue
We'll work with our fulfillment partner (Printful) to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
📮 Lost Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@blacktechsaturdays.com. We'll do our best to help track it down and provide next steps.

We cannot offer refunds for orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address or unclaimed packages.

Printful does not support sizing exchanges once an item is printed and shipped.
